All services provided by Nolastudiola, including but not limited to podcast production, audio editing, voice-over services, consulting, and studio rental, are offered by agreement and subject to the terms discussed and signed individually with the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

• A full refund is available only if the service has not yet been started.
• If a service has been partially delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the scope of work already completed and any costs incurred.
• No refund will be issued once a service has been fully rendered.

3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

Clients may cancel a scheduled service before it begins. In such cases, a full refund may be granted, provided no preparatory work or resources have already been committed.

Any exceptional cases or disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of reaching a fair and reasonable resolution for both parties.

7. No Online Payments

Please note that our website does not support online payments. All payments are handled directly and individually as per the terms agreed between Nolastudiola and the client.
