Service Policy
Last Updated: April 9, 2025
This Service Policy explains how NoLa Quantitative Technologies Inc ("we," "us," or "our") provides podcast production and promotion services. Whether you're booking a studio session or launching a new podcast, we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and inspiring. By using our services, you agree to the practices outlined here.
1. What We Offer
At NoLa Quantitative Technologies Inc, we help podcast creation — from podcasts to related services. Our core services include:
Podcast Creation and Recording
A complete podcast production cycle: from scripting and studio recording to editing, mastering, and multi-platform distribution. Whether it's a solo show or a roundtable discussion, we'll help you sound your best.
Organization of Audio Streams
Want to go live? We'll set up and manage your audio broadcasts — including technical setup, monitoring, and full post-production once the stream is over.
Voice-Over and Voice Services
We provide professional voice-overs for videos, ads, training modules, and more. We also record phone system IVR menus and custom vocal content with quality and clarity.
Audio Editing and Processing
Have raw audio that needs polishing? We offer sound cleanup, noise reduction, effects layering, and mastering — whether for podcasts, interviews, or promotional material.
Jingle and Intro Creation
Give your show a sonic identity with custom jingles, intros, and transitions. We create music that fits your brand and audience.
Consulting and Training
From setting up home studios to planning a podcast launch or livestream strategy, we offer hands-on consulting and personalized training sessions.
If your project doesn't fall neatly into one of these categories, don't worry — tell us what you need, and we'll find a way to make it work.
2. How to Book
The process to start working with us is simple:
Initial Contact: Email us at admin@nolastudiola.com, call us at +1 514-823-7355, or submit a form on nolastudiola.com. Tell us what you're looking for — the more detail, the better.
Consultation: We'll schedule a free consultation (video, phone, or in-person) to understand your goals and talk timelines, technical needs, and pricing.
Quote & Agreement: Based on our chat, we'll send you a quote and a service outline. For basic bookings, confirmation via email might be enough. For bigger projects, we'll create a service agreement to keep things clear.
Deposit & Confirmation: If required, we'll ask for a deposit to lock in your date. Once received, your project is officially booked.
Please note that availability is on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
3. What We Expect from You
To make your session or project successful, we ask that you:
Arrive on Time and Prepared: Whether recording in-studio or starting a remote session, please be ready with everything you need — guests, scripts, media, etc.
Treat the Space with Respect: No food or drinks near the equipment. Our gear is valuable and sensitive — let our team assist if needed.
Maintain a Respectful Environment: We foster a safe, inclusive, creative space. Abusive behavior, hate speech, or illegal activity won't be tolerated.
Communicate Clearly: Share deadlines and any must-have requirements up front. This helps us plan and deliver as promised.
4. Our Commitments to You
We aim to exceed your expectations by offering:
Quality Production: Our engineers, editors, and producers bring years of experience and industry-grade tools to every project.
Personalized Approach: No two podcasts are alike. We assign team members who understand your style, tone, and goals.
Clear Communication: We reply quickly to messages and keep you updated during every stage — from scheduling to delivery.
On-Time Delivery: We respect your time. If a delay happens, we'll let you know immediately and propose a solution.
Confidentiality: We treat your material with discretion. We're happy to sign an NDA if needed.
5. Changes and Revisions
Podcasting is creative — so changes are expected. Here's how we handle them:
During Recording: Want more time? Let us know. If our schedule allows, we'll extend the session (hourly rate applies).
Post-Production Revisions: We include two rounds of edits in most projects. Small tweaks are always welcome, but major content shifts may require extra billing.
Scope Adjustments: If you change direction mid-project (e.g., adding more episodes or switching format), we'll update the agreement accordingly.
Rescheduling: Things happen. Just give us a heads-up — we'll do our best to reschedule based on availability.
6. Payments
Payment details are clarified in your project agreement, but generally:
Deposits: Required for many bookings and are often non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
Payment Schedule: Could be full upfront, or split into stages — we'll confirm before starting.
Accepted Methods: E-transfer, credit card, PayPal, or cash. All transactions are processed in CAD.
Late payments may pause project work. Just reach out if you need flexibility.
7. Final Delivery
When the work is done:
You Receive: Final audio and video files (WAV, MP3, or as agreed), promo assets, and optional episode show notes.
Rights: Once payment is complete, the content is yours. We may ask to feature a clip in our portfolio — but that's 100% your call.
Backups: We keep files for 6 months unless you request otherwise.
8. Satisfaction and Support
We're not done when your podcast goes live. We offer:
Post-Launch Support: Need advice on distribution, platforms, or metrics? Just ask.
Feedback Requests: Your thoughts help us improve — and your praise helps us grow.
Returning Clients: We track your settings, style, and past projects so each return visit feels seamless. We love long-term partnerships.
9. When We May Decline Service
We rarely do this, but we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service due to:
- Violations of our policies
- Unsafe, disrespectful, or illegal conduct
- Projects that conflict with our values (e.g., harmful content)
We'll explain our reasons and refund appropriately where applicable.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may evolve. If we change something important, we'll notify active clients. The latest version will always be on https://nolastudiola.com.
